What is behavior therapy?

Behavior therapy works with you and your family to help make your life easier and more manageable. From supporting daily routines, assisting with sibling dynamics, or establishing skills that will help you feel more prepared for your daily expectations, behavioral therapy meets you where you are with goals to make your life easier and happier.

Behavior therapy is based on the science of behavior. The science of behavior focuses on the ability to arrange our environments to support behaviors we want to engage in more often and decrease the likelihood of less productive behaviors occurring.

All interventions are evidence-based, meaning that they are supported by research. We will work side by side with you to understand your goals and create action plans to meet these goals. Through ongoing connection, we’ll make sure the strategies are working for you and your family.
